We built the platform we wanted then: one that produces evidence you can still defend years after the engineer who produced it has moved on.

Vijayram sets acipta's product direction and go-to-market strategy, and owns the compliance program the platform itself has to satisfy. He leads the positioning work behind acipta's category — evidence that is signed when it is created, tamper-evident, and reproducible years later — and runs the company's release and decision cadence from suite roadmap through what ships and when.

The platform runs specialised agents across a portfolio of frameworks — accessibility, HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA, privacy, the EU AI Act and security — and emits cryptographically signed evidence as a byproduct of the work, rather than reconstructing it at audit time.
The bet is narrow and deliberate: compliance is an evidence problem wearing a workflow problem's clothes. Tools that collect documents produce a record that has to be defended. Evidence signed at the moment it is created, tamper-evident and replayable, defends itself.
